Permission Slips

ATTENTION

Attention parents and students: It is school policy to have Internet permission slips signed and turned in to the school so that persons/students can be added to the Hamilton USD 390 Website. If these permission slips are not turned in persons/students will not have name, picture, or anything about the persons/students on the website. Persons/students will not be recognized AT ALL if permission slips are not turned in to the school. After signing this permission slip the school is not responsible/liable for anything "wrong" that goes on in the "Internet World". We don't want to scare you, but we want you to understand that if you or your child is not on the Hamilton USD 390 Website and you think you or you child should be because of an event/activity, it is because you don't have your permission slip turned in. We would like for you to turn this in so we can add you to the website.
